A Tribute to MMIW, Designs on Canvas

MMIW stands for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, an epidemic of violence against Indigenous women across Turtle Island. MMIW is a movement that advocates for the end of violence against First Nations, Métis, and Inuit women. It also seeks to draw attention to the high rates of disappearances and murders of Indigenous Peoples, particularly women, girls and Two-Spirit Peoples.
