Survivors in the Sunrise, Design on Canvas

As a niece and granddaughter of residential school survivors, I have beaded a tribute to all survivors across Turtle Island/North America. This design specifically demonstrates my own family members escaping trauma and moving towards the sunrise which represents hope and freedom.
